Buying a Home

You've probably seen ads or heard people say that "it's a great time to buy" for the last few years. Well, now it's absolutely true! Home prices in the Frederick area have fallen by 25% or more, making owning a home  affordable. Also, mortgage rates are holding steady at a 50 year low, which keeps your monthly payment low.  One more thing... it's still a "buyer's market" so you still have the upper hand when negotiating with the seller!

Also, if you're looking for discounted properties... there are still plenty of foreclosures on the market.  These homes may have been neglected but with a little elbow grease, you can bring them back to life and build sweat equity at the same time!

So, if you're thinking about buying in this area, I can help. You can search on line or contact me to get started.
